If your question is about a booking you have already made — changing a date, cancelling, a meeting point — please contact the tour operator, GetYourGuide or your hotel directly. We are an independent guide, not a tour operator or travel agency, and we have no access to your booking.
We also do not run any of the attractions. For opening times on a particular day, lost property or accessibility arrangements, contact the attraction itself. In an emergency in the UK call 999.
